Do you feel SAFE and CONFIDENT in any situation?

Do you know what you would do if you were really attacked?

If the answer is “NO” to any of those questions, then you owe it to yourself to contact us today.  Lets face it, most women are just not equipped to deal with a real world attack. In the worst case scenario (ambushed or attacked from behind) you HAD BETTER know exactly how to react, without hesitation and without thinking. There is just no time for anything else.

What Can I Expect?

At our self-defense classes, women of all ages learn how to respond in worst-case scenarios, focusing on practical techniques for protecting themselves at all costs. We also cover mindset, awareness, and avoidance techniques to help you stay safe in any situation.

Why Do Groin Kicks Fail?

Our classes delve into the reasons why certain techniques, like groin kicks, may not be as effective as they seem. We'll provide you with the knowledge to discern between effective strategies and dangerous misinformation, empowering you to make informed decisions in self-defense situations.

Is Prior Experience Required?

No prior experience is necessary! We welcome beginners and enjoy teaching them the fundamentals from the ground up. However, if you have some experience, we offer classes that cater to varying skill levels, ensuring everyone can benefit from our instruction.

Will This Work In The Real World?

Absolutely. We understand that real-world attacks often occur in low-light or poorly lit environments. Our curriculum is designed to equip you with the skills needed to defend yourself effectively, regardless of lighting conditions. With our training, you'll have the confidence to handle any situation that arises.
